Member of the MyWay Collective

1. Seller identification

This program is offered by an independent travel agent, member of the MyWay Collective. As such, your trip benefits from the guarantees and protections of a fully licensed travel agency under French Tourism Code: registration with Atout France, financial guarantee, professional liability and insolvency insurance.

Invoicing is issued by the MyWay Collective (travel agency registered in France). All payments are collected in France, in euros.

2. Quote and validity

  • This quote is valid for 7 days from the date of issue.
  • During this period, the price is locked subject to availability of services at confirmation.
  • Beyond this period, the agent reserves the right to revise pricing and availability.
  • Hotels and camps are not booked until firm confirmation and deposit payment.
  • All services remain subject to availability at confirmation. If an accommodation is unavailable, a replacement of equivalent category will be proposed.
  • Flight prices (international and domestic) may change until ticketing, depending on fare-class availability.

3. Booking and confirmation

Bookings are made by email with the agent or through the online client portal. The trip is confirmed upon receipt of the deposit payment, which constitutes full acceptance of these terms and conditions.

A copy of each guest's passport (valid at least 6 months after the return date) may be required to finalise certain reservations.

4. Payment terms

  • 40% deposit of the total price upon confirmation. Payment of the deposit constitutes firm confirmation. Depending on the hotels selected and their specific sales conditions, the deposit amount may be higher.
  • 60% balance due at the latest 45 days before departure.
  • For any booking made less than 45 days before departure, full payment is required in one instalment at confirmation.
  • Payment by bank transfer in France (no fees) or by credit/debit card via secure link. All payments are due in euros (EUR).
  • Card payments are subject to a 3% surcharge applied to the total amount paid by card, to cover bank processing fees.
  • Electronic invoices, issued in the name of the MyWay Collective, are updated at each payment and available from the client portal.

5. Cancellation policy

Any cancellation must be notified in writing (email with acknowledgment of receipt). The date the written notice is received determines the applicable cancellation fees.

Cancellation fee schedule

  • More than 45 days before departure: the 40% deposit is retained as cancellation fee.
  • From 45 days to the date of departure: 100% of the total trip price is due.

Flights, trains, ferries

International and domestic flights, trains and ferries are neither refundable nor transferable, regardless of the cancellation date. Their own fare conditions apply as soon as tickets are issued.

Trip postponement

In the event of a postponement request, the agent will do their best to propose a new date at actual cost, subject to supplier availability and seasonality. Postponement may result in a price adjustment (high season, hotel or airfare increases). No postponement is guaranteed.

6. Insurance

No travel insurance is included in the price. We strongly recommend subscribing to a comprehensive multi-risk insurance (cancellation, medical, repatriation, luggage). A partner insurance can be proposed by the agent on request.

7. Travel formalities

Each guest is responsible for the validity of their travel documents (passport valid at least 6 months after the return date, visa where applicable, recommended vaccinations). Inability to board due to missing or invalid documents does not give rise to any refund.

8. Liability

The agent is fully liable for the proper execution of the services included in the contract, in accordance with articles L211-16 and following of the French Tourism Code. This liability does not apply in cases of force majeure, fact attributable to a third party unrelated to the services, or fact of the client.

9. Complaints and disputes

Any complaint must be sent to the agent within 30 days following the return date. Failing an amicable agreement, the client may refer the matter to the Tourism and Travel Mediator (MTV) — www.mtv.travel — within one year following the written complaint.
